Setting up the "Climate Change Research Center" to integrate and connect with global climate change research and build a climate-resilient, adaptive living environment.

Setting up the "Environmental Governance Research Center" to develop environmental risk assessment and governance technologies and enhance science-based policy implementation to improve environmental quality.

Expanding the accreditation of GHG inspection institutions, actively participating in international multilateral recognition arrangement, and aligning with international GHG verification mechanisms.

Developing detection methods for emerging pollutants, utilizing spectrograms to develop AI toxicity prediction technologies, and providing reference information on environmental hazards.

Developing net-zero emissions and resource circulation technologies, establishing assessment methods for carbon reduction efficiency, and assisting in the gradual implementation of sustainable resource circulation policies.

Setting up an environmental technology verification (ETV) system, providing function-testing services, accelerating the industry-academia collaboration in new technology, and facilitating international cooperation.

Linking environmental education certification with net-zero strategies, cultivating a workforce for net-zero emissions in the public and private sectors, and enhancing the certification and quality of environmental education
