Scope of Authorization
In order to encourage utilization of the website content by various sectors, all information and materials published on the Ministry of Environment website that are within the scope of copyright protection are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license grants the right to use the content without charge and in a non-exclusive manner. The content may not be sublicensed and may only be provided to the public under the name of the original sources. Users are allowed to reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit, or utilize the content in other ways, and to develop various products or services (referred to as value-added derivatives). This authorization does not expire after usage and users are not required to obtain authorization in writing or other forms from the institution.
