  1. Scope of Authorization
    In order to encourage utilization of the website content by various sectors, all information and materials published on the Ministry of Environment website that are within the scope of copyright protection are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license grants the right to use the content without charge and in a non-exclusive manner. The content may not be sublicensed and may only be provided to the public under the name of the original sources. Users are allowed to reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit, or utilize the content in other ways, and to develop various products or services (referred to as value-added derivatives). This authorization does not expire after usage and users are not required to obtain authorization in writing or other forms from the institution. However, users should attribute the source when using the content.
     
  2. Copyright Issues
    (1) This statement only applies to the scope of copyright protection and does not cover other intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks, and institutional logos).

    (2) When personal data are voluntarily disclosed or are disclosed as per legal requirements, owners of the data must determine whether such data can be collected, processed, and used in accordance with provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. It is their own responsibility to plan and take corresponding measures in compliance with legal requirements.

    (3) Some audio, video, images, sheet music, articles written by specific individuals or under specific projects, and other works may require explicit permission from the institution for usage. Such works are not covered by this statement and subsequent usage must acquire consent from the institution.
     
  3. Moral rights of third-party creators (including the right to be attributed by name and the right to prevent improper alterations) should be respected.
     
  4. When using the information and materials provided in this statement, users are prohibited from maliciously altering related information. When the information using data and materials from this statement is publicized and is found to be inconsistent with the original data and materials, the inconsistency may lead to legal actions, and users shall be liable for the resulting civil and criminal legal consequences.
     
  5. This statement does not confer upon users the status of representing the ministry's endorsement, approval, or support for their value-added derivatives.
