In order to strengthen full-process flow management, in addition to stipulating that reuse facilities must report product flows and implement compliance items such as acceptance standards and product quality controls, management over specified processing/re-manufacturing enterprises and end-users will be intensified in accordance with the Waste Disposal Act. Specifically, specified processing and industrial waste reuse organization must comply with relevant reporting requirements in the same manner as reuse facilities, while end-users of specified reused products are required to implement environmental monitoring.
