To reward the service industries effort in supporting green consumption, the EPA held the 2020 Green Mark Accredited Service Enterprise Award Ceremony on the main stage of the 2020 ITF Taipei International Travel Fair on 2 November 2020. The awards were personally given out by EPA Minister Tzi-chin Chang to honor the 18 enterprises that received the accreditation between 1 October 2019 and 30 September 2020. The 18 enterprises comprised 16 hotels, one travel agency, and one restaurant. Dedicated to reducing environmental impacts while providing their services, the accredited enterprises were recognized for not only implementing basic environmental protection measures in their facilities, but also voluntarily incorporating them into their business strategies.
