To keep pace with the development of information and communication technology, the department will continuously optimize the electronic administrative processes and improve the quality of external website services. These efforts aim to improve administrative efficiency and introduce digital and paperless administrative workflows. The department has pioneered the implementation of a digital procurement management system for electronic procurement processes and integrated it with the document management system and accounting system to achieve end-to-end electronic payment operations, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency.
