Operation, Introduction, and User Support of a Shared Administrative System

The department has taken the lead in establishing an operations unit and a shared administrative system, which includes the document management system, employee portal, website, accounting system, administrative workflow support system, executive mailbox, and inspection system. The maintenance and support of these systems and guidance to affiliated agencies for the introduction of the above-mentioned functions have also been upgraded. The allocation of personnel for education, training, and coordination has also been significantly increased. To keep pace with the development of information and communication technology, the department will continuously optimize the electronic administrative processes and improve the quality of external website services. These efforts aim to improve administrative efficiency and introduce digital and paperless administrative workflows. The department has pioneered the implementation of a digital procurement management system for electronic procurement processes and integrated it with the document management system and accounting system to achieve end-to-end electronic payment operations, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency.
